The registration fee is

All registration fees are exempt IVA (VAT) according art. 4 of D.P.R. N. 633/72 and subsequent amendments.

It includes:

Participation to the school
Main costs hotel (register as soon as possible to secure a room)
Copy of the slides presented at the lessons
Certificate of attendance
Buffet lunches (Mon-Thu), Social dinner, coffee breaks
Excursion

Admission to the school and payment details

The eventual admission to the school together with payment details will be notified a few days after the registration.
Admission to the IMSS 2025 will be done evaluating candidate CV, status and year of birth.

Abstract submission

Participants are encouraged to present an abstract for a poster communication on their own research activity.
Details for abstract submission will be given to confirmed participants in June 2025.
Selected posters will be presented as flash oral communications.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations made in writing and received by the Organizing Secretariat by July 15, 2025 will be eligible for a full refund minus a € 90 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after July 15, 2025 or for no-show.
