The TU's Human Resources Development department offers a comprehensive continuing education program for employees in research and teaching. The diverse program is available to all employees in research and teaching, from tutors to professors.

We would like to draw particular attention to the special coaching programs for doctoral candidates and postdocs.

Special career mentoring is offered for female postdocs.
