On behalf of the Austrian Society of Analytical Chemistry (ASAC) , we warmly welcome you to the 7th International Mass Spectrometry School (IMSS) 2025 in Vorau, Styria, Austria.
 The International Mass Spectrometry Foundation initiated this educational event in 2013, aiming to strengthen, promote, and spread the culture of mass spectrometry. Since its inception in Siena, Italy, the school has traveled through various locations across Europe and beyond, including Natal (Brazil), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Sitges (Spain), Belfast (Ireland), and  Cagliari (Italy).

We are delighted for this opportunity provided by the IMSF and are committed to organizing a successful and rewarding school experience. The IMSS has consistently achieved its goals of delivering quality education, fostering meaningful interactions between students and tutors, and offering a high-caliber learning environment complemented by informal and friendly settings and engaging social events.

Coming to Austria for the forst time of this flagship IMSF activity offers a unique opportunity to learn about activites in other countries while advancing your MS knowledge. Education is at the heart of the professional development the IMSF aims to stimulate. Come to Voraus, Austria,  to learn from and connect with mass spectrometrists across the globe.
The exciting program of lectures and workshops covers the breadth of mass spectrometry, from fundamentals to applications. Interlaced with interactive hands-on sessions and outstanding networking opportunities for all delegates, students and tutors alike it is one of the highlights of the 2025 mass spectrometry calendar.
