This laboratory device was made available thanks to a cooperation with the company Shimadzu. After GC separation, up to 32,768 MRM transitions can be performed in a single analysis. This part of our instrumentation is specifically designed for bioprocess analysis and metabolomics.

Biomolecules that are not volatile enough for GC-MS measurements are instead separated using ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography (UHPLC). The UHPLC is coupled with a fast triple-quad mass spectrometer. The MRM technology (Multiple Reaction Monitoring) enables the identification of up to 500 components in one analysis run. This laboratory device was also made available thanks to a cooperation with the company Shimadzu.
