We Are Working on Change - Making the Situation of Women in Academia Visible

In recent years, we teamed up with external experts to dive deep into two crucial topics shaping academic careers: work-life balance, visibility, and the evolving workplace. These insights were captured in two in-depth studies that offer valuable perspectives on these important areas.

Based on the results obtained, we are currently (summer 2024) actively working on implementing initial adjustments in close collaboration with the Dean's Office.
