Working groups are set up on the topics from the listening phase. Each working group deals with a topic where the Rectorate sees the greatest need for action. Each working group will have a maximum of 15 members (incl. leader and co-leader). The specific composition will be agreed and communicated between the Rectorate and the head of the working group.
The central task of the working groups is to scrutinise the identified need for action, to provide sufficient justification and to specify it. Each topic is formulated as a "Why?" question.
