All students of TU Wien who are eligible to vote in the ÖH Elections 2025 are listed in the electoral roll. 

In order to be eligible to vote in this election, you must have paid your student union fee ("ÖH-fee") for the summer semester by March 25^th, 2025.

Are you eligible to vote? Then please take a look at the electoral roll between 3.4.2025 and 8.4.2025. You can do so:

1. in person by appointment at the HTU premises
2. by e-mail inquiry to the Chariman of the election commission (m.gruber@tuwien.ac.at)
   * the e-mail must be sent via your own student account (e[matriculation number]@student.tuwien.ac.at). (E-Mails sent from private accounts will not be answered!)
   * a scan of the calid student ID (TUCard) must be sent as proof of identity.
3. Online at the ÖH's election portal

If you do not appear on the electoral roll, you can submit an objection by e-mail to m.gruber@tuwien.ac.at by April 8th, 2025, enclosing proof of payment. Your objection will be examined by the election commission. If the objection is justified, you will be included in the electoral roll.

Subsequent inclusion in the electoral roll is not possible without a timely objection!
