Real estate is one of the most important asset classes - but successful decisions require more than just a market sense. If you want to survive in the sector in the long term, you need sound knowledge of legal, economic and technical contexts. You can acquire this knowledge at the TU Wien Academy - there is a reason why the Real Estate Management course is considered a mark of quality in the real estate industry.

The TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education, together with the KURIER, will once again award the KURIER scholarship for the Real Estate Management course in 2025. One person will have the opportunity to complete the course, which will start for the 28th time this year, at a reduced price of €6,200. With this special grant of EUR 10,700, KURIER is contributing to the training of excellently trained real estate trustees in Austria.

Laura Posavac was given this opportunity last year. She has now been an integral part of the 27th round for several months and summarizes her time so far as follows:

“The KURIER scholarship has had a significant impact on my professional and personal development. In my day-to-day work, I have already been able to apply the knowledge I have acquired to challenging projects and provide sound advice. Now I am able to combine my hands-on mentality, which has always motivated me to work in a practical and solution-oriented manner, with professional expertise and also deepen my passionate interest.
In addition to the outstanding lectures, I appreciate the exchange with my fellow students, whom I look forward to meeting every session.
Overall, it is a great enrichment for me to be part of this university course - both professionally and personally.”

To be considered in the selection process, simply send us your application by April 30, 2025; the hearing with the jury will then take place in May 2025.
