Exercise 2023: Extension/conversion of an eyewear manufacturer's production building

After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

Identify and classify influencing and design factors in industrial construction.
Present the process, system and management of the project planning process for industrial real estate development.
Identify and classify criteria for location planning and decision-making in industrial construction.
Outline areas of use in industrial construction.
Apply methods and techniques of architectural and structural design as well as location, traffic and development planning.
Apply the theoretical principles to the solution of a simple industrial construction task as part of the exercise.
