Exercise 2023: Extension/conversion of an eyewear manufacturer's production building

 

After successful completion of the course, students are able to:

  • Identify and classify influencing and design factors in industrial construction.
  • Present the process, system and management of the project planning process for industrial real estate development.
  • Identify and classify criteria for location planning and decision-making in industrial construction.
  • Outline areas of use in industrial construction.
  • Apply methods and techniques of architectural and structural design as well as location, traffic and development planning.
  • Apply the theoretical principles to the solution of a simple industrial construction task as part of the exercise.
