Supervision and completion of the diploma thesis

Deadlines

In the course of writing the diploma thesis, in addition to regular feedback from the supervising university assistant, three fixed appointments with Univ.-Prof.in Dipl.-Ing.in Dr.in techn. Kovacic are mandatory:

  1. Appointment: Submission and presentation of the research project for approval.
  2. Appointment: Progress presentation after the first research results have been obtained.
  3. Deadline: final presentation, which must take place at least four weeks before submission of the thesis to the Dean's Office.

Deadlines for submission

For the interim correction, the written work or documents must be digitally submitted at least two weeks before the planned date. The final version of the diploma thesis is to be digitally submitted at least four weeks before the submission deadline to the Dean's Office to allow for a final correction and feedback.

Submission to the institute

In addition to the digital submission of the diploma thesis as a ZIP file, which includes the PDF of the written work, the PDF presentation and all other relevant documents and files, a printed and bound copy must be submitted to the institute for archiving. This must be submitted to Prof. Kovacic for evaluation at the time the signatures are obtained.
