In your Master's thesis, you will work independently on a problem in a topic area of your own choice, in terms of content and using scientific methods. In most cases, this is a question with practical relevance to your own working environment.
Project Management aims to teach the fundamentals of project management. Through project simulations and concrete projects, participants will analyze the key aspects of content, methodology, social dynamics, and time management in projects. Additionally, the analysis, conceptualization, and implementation phases will be explained, including the necessary frameworks (e.g., project marketing, project controlling). Upon completing the Project Management course, you will be able to present a fully planned project for certification according to IPMA (Level B or C).

- You are familiar with the process model and key components of project management (project initiation, coordination, controlling, marketing, closing, and handling project crises).

- You can differentiate which project complexities require specific methods.
- You know how to assemble and adapt a project team based on situational needs and can effectively fulfill your role as a team member in a project.

- You can use project management software (MS Project) to support various areas of project management.
