The participants' repertoire of actions is expanded in order to survive in challenging times and to master the balance between core business and innovation with their teams.

The MBA program was customized in close cooperation between Porsche Holding and the TU Wien Academy for Continuing Education. The content and methods are tailored to the specific needs and expectations in order to perfectly combine the latest scientific know-how with practical experience.

Master’s Thesis

The MBA program teaches comprehensive and practice-oriented content based on the latest scientific findings:

  • Basic tools for leading teams and shaping transformation processes as well as developing a common understanding of leadership
  • Broad overview of the relevant aspects of the management process as well as fields of application in project management and technology management
  • Comprehensive business simulation that provides a complete overview of the financial flows in the company
  • In-depth knowledge of current technological topics, data literacy and methods for developing business models
  • Work on self-chosen problems from your own working environment as part of project work and a Master's Thesis
  • International Field Studies with company visits that create a cognitive bridge to the specific application situation at Porsche

 

The MBA program is aimed at employees in IT or IT-related areas with at least two years of professional experience at Porsche.
