*** this information event will be held in English*** Am 14.11.2018 findet an der TU Wien ein Proposers’ Day für den IKT Call 2019 des Wiener Wissenschafts- und Technologiefonds (WWTF) statt. Interessierte WissenschafterInnen sind herzlich eingeladen, sich über weiterführende Details zur Antragstellung und Einreichung zu informieren.Dieser Call richtet sich an Wiener universitäre und außeruniversitäre Forschungseinrichtungen sowie Wissenschafterinnen und Wissenschafter, die ein mehrjähriges Projekt (2-4 Jahre) im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien planen. Ziel der Projekte soll es sein, substanzielle wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen im Bereich der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien zu behandeln, die auch eine mittelfristige Nutzen- und Verwertungsperspektive aufweisen.Das diesem Call gewidmete Förderbudget beträgt 5 Mio. Proposers’ Day @ TU Wien: WWTF ICT Call 2019The Proposers’ Day for the WWTF ICT Call 2019 will take place on November 14th at the TU Wien. Interested researchers are very welcome to get further information concerning grant application.The call addresses universities and non-university research institutions as well as scientists and researchers in Vienna, including researchers moving to Vienna as a result of this call, that would like to investigate a multi-annual (2-4 years) scientific project in the field of Information and Communication Technology. Projects should improve the understanding of substantial scientific research questions in the field of Information and Communication Technology with potential medium term economic or social benefits. The dedicated funding for this call amounts to EUR 5 million. Funding range per project is 200,000 to 800,000 €.
