Step 1:

If you have received a positive admission letter from TU Wien and, after completing the selection procedure, also a place to study, the online registration must be completed. At the end of the online registration you will be asked to upload the following documents for the application for admission:

  1. Admission letter from the TU Wien
  2. valid passport or identity card

You do NOT have to come to the Admissions Office in person! The admission procedure is carried out exclusively online.

ATTENTION!

With these foreign school-leaving certificates you do not have to submit a written application for admission in advance, but upload the certificate and passport after you have received a study place.

Step 2:

The uploaded documents will be checked by the responsible officers of the Admissions Office. If documents are missing, incorrect or illegible, you will be asked to upload them again. You will be notified via your account in the online registration. However, you will also be informed by email that you have received a message from the Admissions Office. If the documents are not uploaded within the set deadline, admission will be refused.

Step 3:

As soon as your application for admission has been approved, you will of course be informed. After that, you still have to transfer the ÖH fee/study fee in order to complete the admission. You will receive the necessary information by email. The student ID card (TUCard) will be sent to you by post to the address you provided during the online application process.
