The „Studienberechtigungsprüfung" allows you to study without a secondary-school leaving certificate. One of the prerequisites to be eligible for the Studienberechtigungsprüfung at the University of Vienna is a German language level of at least C1. Therefore, all further information regarding this topic is only available in German.
