Maintenance network infrastructure

Network conversion work on March 19, 2025 with effects in the areas of HA01, HB01, HD01, HE01 and HF01

Dear Sir or Madam,

In the course of renewal and consolidation of our network infrastructure, a reconstruction in our distribution room HA0111A is pending. Affected by this reconstruction are the connections in the building areas HA01, HB01, HD01, HE01 and HF01 (Favoritenstraße 9-11). 

In the course of the conversion, the following planned interruptions will occur gradually (i.e. with a time delay for each connection):

  • Computers and network-compatible devices (printers, etc.): each connection is expected to be down for about 15-30 seconds.
  • Telephones: each device is expected to be down for 2-3 minutes.
  • WLAN: each access point is expected to be down for 2-3 minutes.

The outages are expected to last all day on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, starting at 8:00 a.m.
