The focus of the research group is the modeling and simulation of material behavior, where we use state-of-the-art models and software to describe and predict material behavior during thermal and thermo-mechanical treatment. In connection with the most modern experimental methods, which are often carried out in external cooperation with research partners, we try to comprehensively understand and describe the behavior of materials.
