Integrated Planing with Building Information Modelling

For a telecommunications company, the construction of a company location in the vicinity of Vienna is to be planned. The building concept includes an office building in solid construction using the Building Information Modeling method. The plan includes office and representative areas as well as a canteen for a total of 300 employees. The concept focuses on sustainable planning with regard to resource-efficient construction and maximum energy efficiency in the operation of the building.
