For the New Mitte Oberhausen, a sustainable conversion of the vacant parking decks into residential spaces with high-quality outdoor areas is planned at CentrO. Using BIM and considering circular economy principles, sustainable management of the existing infrastructure is aimed for. The focus lies on developing innovative or novel prototype solutions in architectural, structural engineering, and energy-related aspects.
