Wohnen 4.0 – Modular Construction for Affordable Housing

In the Sonnwendviertel in the 10th district of Vienna, a new housing project focused on affordable, high-quality housing is planned. In addition to residential units, various community spaces such as relaxation areas, event rooms, and a library are planned within the building. The planning of the building concept will be carried out using modular construction with the application of BIM and parametric modeling.
