Culture Area on an Inner-City Brownfield Site

The construction and operation of a cultural area is planned on an inner-city brownfield site in the 12th district of Vienna. The building complex is to be divided into three areas with a total of approximately 3000 m². The concept includes an event hall for concerts or theater performances as well as a gastronomic offer. Additionally, workshops and studio and office spaces for artists are planned. The three areas (event/studio/gastronomy) should function independently of each other both spatially and temporally. The planning will prioritize the use of Building Information Modeling methods.
