Location and arrival

The University Conference 2024 will take place in the beautiful Waldviertel in the municipality of Geras. In order to enable a climate-friendly and comfortable journey despite the peripheral location, we have put together some travel options for you on the following page: to the travel options

Programme

The conference will begin on 22 September 2024 at 16:30 with introductory workshops. It will end on 24 September 2024 after lunch. As usual, your plenary presentations and suggestions for workshops are welcome. Please use the template provided by e-mail to send us the abstract of your contribution. Details of the programme will be added to the programme page on an ongoing basis.

Registration and costs

The total cost per person for the conference is 460,00€ in a double room or 490,00€ in a single room. This amount includes the conference fee, accommodation, shuttle bus, catering during the conference and the excursion planned for Monday afternoon. Drinks at lunch and dinner are to be paid for by yourself. To register, please use the registration form on our website.
