Kerstin Pluch

Kerstin Pluch studied architecture at the TU Wien and ETSAM in Madrid. She has worked for the city of Vienna, MA18 - Urban Development and City Planning, the Inter-American Development Bank, and architecture offices in Vienna and Madrid. Since 2017, she has been teaching at TU Wien and is currently working on her dissertation, focusing on residential location as a planning tool. Her research focuses on issues of social and spatial justice, analyzing the objectives and possible contradictions of existing housing policies. In this context, she explores the possibility of conceiving location as a common good.
