Profile

Anna Franziska Kalhorn studied spatial planning at TU Wien.  In her master's thesis, she dealt with behavioural economic approaches to resource conservation in urban planning. As a project assistant, she mainly researches resilience and climate change adaptation in mountain regions (MountResilince), socio-ecological infrastructure provision and health economics (BUILDCARE). In her dissertation, she is researching how data-driven interventions can be used to overcome structural inequalities and distribute resources more effectively to reduce both social inequalities and environmental pressure.
