CEPI | TU Wien

The CEPI (European Council of Real Estate Professions), opens an external URL in a new window is the largest and most important European representation for national real estate associations. The association aims to raise standards in the real estate professions and ensure that real estate companies are managed by qualified professionals with high ethical standards.

Therefore, one of CEPI's objectives is to ensure high quality trainings for real estate professions at European level. In this context, the CEPI certificate is awarded to selected providers of continuing education and high-quality trainings in the real estate sector according to special criteria and standards geared to European dimensions.

At the Academy for Continuing Education of the TU Wien, all real estate courses are certified by CEPI and meet or exceed the required quality criteria:
