Continuing Education in Real Estate Management in times of Covid-19

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, on-site teaching as usual has been impossible at all Austrian universities since March 2020. Distance Learning concepts helped to solve this challenge.

The Real Estate programs offered by the Continuing Education Center of TU Wien are mainly driven by extensive networking and the lively discussion amongst students and faculty members. The intensive exchange between experts and participants is one of the main pillars and thus, TU Wien faced a challenge, when the Corona restrictions took their effects in the middle of March 2020.

Thanks to the teaching support center of TU Wien and the strong support of our faculty members, distance learning tools could be set up quickly to ensure our students do not face any delay in their education.

As far as predictable, on-site lectures should start again in September 2020 and we are looking forward to welcoming our students at the university again. Still, we are happy to have gained a lot of experience in the field of Online Teaching in the last months to ensure a start of our Real Estate Management program in a distance learning mode if necessary.

Please note: Our Real Estate Programs are taught in German.
