Stacking crises with serious economic uncertainty, pressure to make decisions with perceived excessive demands, the effects and influences of artificial intelligence and constantly growing scarcity on the labour market represent both a potentially unpredictable and serious challenge to the continuity of an organization and its members.

In order to successfully master these challenges, it is essential to recognize your own limits, consciously go beyond them and develop a future-oriented mindset: The willingness to solve problems together, to leave established paths, to develop new ideas and to create unconventional initiatives is crucial to finding answers to the impacts in a rapidly changing world.

Future-fit thinking: This special learning setting is designed to strengthen your mindset for the future and challenge scientists in an experiential learning process. Through a three-day real-life simulation, you will be immersed in a self-experiential adventure to critically reflect on your mindset for the future. Going beyond your own limits means expanding your own competencies.
