This year we had the pleasure of hosting the traditional "kleines Institutstreffen". Each year two PhD candidates and professors from Technische Universität Wien, Technische Universität Dresden, RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, RWTH Aachen University and Eawag present their current research in the field of wastewatertreatment and waterquality. What makes it unique and so valuable is the extensive time dedicated to discuss each topic, which enables an international exchange rarely possible at conferences.
And then of course there's always a cultural and fun programme as well! The highlight this year was the impressive roof of St. Stephen's Cathedral.
