The online event on “Advancing Research Data Management and Open Science in Austria” will take place on June 18, 2024. You are cordially invited!

The project

The FAIR-IMPACT, öffnet eine externe URL in einem neuen Fenster project builds on the results of the completed FAIRsFAIR project and other FAIR-related initiatives. It thus supports the EOSC Partnership in implementing standards, tools, and services that make it easier for researchers to find, access, reuse, and combine research results.

The national roadshows

As part of the project’s scope, FAIR-IMPACT organises FAIR National Roadshows with the aim of speeding up the application of the FAIR principles by the different European countries. Stakeholders from the fields of research data management and data support, researchers, and decision-makers for data policies at universities are invited to establish a better connection to national initiatives.

The FAIR National Roadshow in Austria aims to present the work done in Austria on the national level and also learn about European developments and results of EOSC-related projects. The event will debate metadata and semantic interoperability, as well as FAIR-enabling repositories, machine-actionable DMPs, and Austrian National Open Science Policies.
