Fix the knowledge refers to the strategies and measures that increase the gender and diversity competence of people in an organization and provide them with the knowledge to contribute to gender equality through their conduct. This applies to didactics in teaching, leadership understanding and competence, the organizational culture in general and in particular to the areas of research and teaching at a university. In our view, it is essential that gender and diversity dimensions and intersectional perspectives are an integral part of science, research, technology and excellence.
