Mentee application

Registration for the mentoring program in the winter semester 2024/25 is possible until the 5th of September in the TU's own campus software TISS, opens an external URL in a new window for first-semester students as part of the study VoR phase. If you have already completed the Study VoR phase, please send us your application with a letter of motivation until the 12th of September by e-mail to: mentoring@tuwien.ac.at

To apply as a mentee, you must submit a letter of motivation directly in TISS.

Selection criteria: We evaluate the online application particularly according to the comprehensible motivation for participation in the program. Your previous grade success (in school or university) is not a justification for or against admission to the program.

Please bare in mind that as a mentee you must attend all mandatory dates of the semester and keep this in mind when planning your semester. If you do not attend the mandatory appointments, you will be dropped from the mentoring program. The goals of the mentoring program can only be achieved through regular program participation. The first mandatory date is the kick-off event with group assignment on 26.09.2024, exact time will be announced.

You will receive information about acceptance/rejection by email. You will be notified of acceptance into the mentoring program exclusively via your student email address, please check this mailbox regularly.
