Building Congress 2024 - Sustainability & Come Together

Over two days, six lecture sessions, an evening event and many interesting exhibition stands offered plenty of opportunities to find out about the current state of the art.

This year's building congress 2024 was all about the “Come Together”. On April 25th and 26th, more than 2,000 congress participants came together at the event in the Austria Center Vienna to get an overview of offers and products at 100 exhibition stands.

A particular highlight in 2024 was the “Sustainability in the construction industry” session, in which planners, contractors and operators presented pioneering pilot projects for sustainable and digital planning and construction.

Our IBB institute was also well represented again. Prof. Frank Lulei spoke about the results of our BauXchange workshop in March 2024, and our assistants used the two days to network with other experts and discuss the latest technical developments in the industry.
