Excursion Rohrvortrieb Gudrunstraße

On 12.11.2012, interested students of the lecture Rock and Tunnel Construction visited the pipe jacking Gudrunstraße in Vienna. After an introduction to the project in question, the students were able to descend into the press shaft to view the tunnelling work directly at the shield in small groups. All special foundation engineering work was explained in detail by the executing companies.
