Linda Dörrzapf - winner of the "Award of Excellence" 2023

The Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMWBF), opens an external URL in a new window awards several state prizes every year. There are currently ten prizes, including the "Award of Excellence – State Prize for the best dissertations", opens an external URL in a new window.

Our colleague Linda Dörrzapf is one of the 2023 award winners. At the award ceremony on 7 December 2023, she was honoured for her dissertation with the title "Measuring stress and emotions in the aktive mobility – potentials and limits of human sensor technology for transport planning, opens an external URL in a new window".

Congratulations to her! We are very delighted for Linda and wish her all the best for her future (academic) endeavours!

About the award

The State Prize is endowed with prize money and has been awarded since 2008 for the 40 best dissertations of the academic year. The universities submit proposals for the State Prize.
