As the final step in an exciting project, which we were able to carry out under the professional direction of repuco, with fundings from European Union hashtag#DGReform and the final report has now been published by DG Reform and hosted by the project’s beneficiary, the federal ministry of finance (Bundesministerium für Finanzen).
In this report we present our developed data model to document and analyse raw material flows, adaptable to all raw material groups and countries. As part of the project consortium we developed a generic model for improving resource management and to promote a sustainable circular economy. Together with the project consortium and the input from various stakeholders, an initial list of materials has been compiled, and a roadmap for implementing raw material balances in Austria is now ready.
