After almost three years of the doctoral program, we are delighted to share the latest results and insights from our teams with you in a pleasant setting! The doctoral candidates and their supervisors will present their acquired knowledge in jointly designed tandem lectures, engage in discussions with you, and gladly answer your questions!

What is the CO₂Refinery?

The CO₂Refinery is a doctoral program at TU Wien that enables excellent research in combination with multi- and interdisciplinary scientific training, as well as a tailored supervision and mentoring program. Within the CO₂Refinery, fundamental research concepts are transferred into technically feasible solutions on a pilot-plant scale. This requires close collaboration between various research fields and groups to foster an intensive scientific exchange.

The goal of the consortium and training initiative is to develop new platform technologies for the efficient conversion of CO₂ feedstocks and the production of various platform chemicals and other valuable substances.
