In a very special setting - in memory of Heinz Langer, who passed away last year - a meeting on “Operator Theory and Indefinite Inner Products” took place at TU Wien in February. The event brought together 42 participants, who exchanged ideas in a friendly, almost familiar atmosphere.

The program of the meeting, organized by Harald WORACEK, included a large number of different talks, which provided space and inspiration for discussion and led to a lively exchange between the participants. A lot of the talks focused on the contributions and theories of Heinz Langer and his work in mathematics.

In addition to the scientific program, the participants were able to get into conversation during coffee breaks and a conference dinner at Cafe Wortner.
