On March 11, 2025, ImmoABS invited students and alumni of the real estate courses ‘MSc (CE) Real Estate Investment & Valuation’ and ‘Real Estate Management’ to a tour. The S+B Group built the strikingly vibrant and colourful DS 90 high-rise project in the newly emerging Nordwestbahnhof urban quarter. Together with the spacious forecourt, it forms the ‘entrance’ to the ‘Grüne Mitte’, the central public open and green space of the new urban quarter and thus prominently marks the entrance. After a 20-minute project presentation with a Q&A session, visitors were able to explore the building and experience its unmistakable character, from the very bottom up to the roof terrace with a view of the new urban neighbourhood.

Background to the building:

The 80-metre-high residential tower including a 6-storey base building will provide space for a total of around 380 residential units. The building was constructed using low-energy construction methods and also features component activation, photovoltaics on the roof and a well thought-out planting concept for a pleasant microclimate. The car parking spaces in the building's own underground car park can be equipped with an electric charging station if required. Each flat has an individual open space such as a loggia or balcony. An attractive range of communal areas rounds off the offer. Thanks to its established infrastructure, the city centre location offers a wide range of local amenities and services. Construction started in August 2022.
