Why did you choose the ETIA master course at TU Wien?
Coming from a broad bachelor of business and management, I decided I needed to broaden my horizon on environmental issues as well as international relations. I wanted a challenge, and I got it!

How was the ETIA master course crucial for your professional development?
Without the ETIA master course I would have never gone into the renewable energy field, I would have never found my passion for wind energy. Thanks to this course, I decided to do an internship in wind energy. Now I work there full time right after my graduation.

What advice would you want to give to new prospective ETIA master course students – what should they know?
Take the most out of this course, the second year is more challenging than the first year but do not be discouraged, I managed. Do internships in small organizations, you will get more hands on experience and will be more valued.

What comes to your mind when you think about the program? What were the highlights?
I think challenge, excitement and many exams. The highlights were the excursions we had, especially climbing to the top of a wind turbine! Highlights were definitely also the professors we had as many of them are at the top of their field!

What job plans do you have for the next 3-5 years?
My plan to stay in the wind energy sector.
