Kurier Scholarship 2024 for real estate course goes to Ms. Laura Posavac

As in previous years, the Kurier partial scholarship for the university course “Real Estate Economics & Property Management” was awarded once again this year in May, the course provides a business license to work as a real estate agent, property manager or property developer in just 4 semesters (with relevant professional experience).

Scholarship for Laura Posavac

This year's winner is Laura Posavac, who has already gained initial experience in the real estate industry through internships and is currently studying at the University of Vienna. Once again this year, we asked our scholarship holder to make a brief statement:

“For just over a year now, my path into the real estate industry has been paving the way. After my first internships and the certification course for real estate agent assistants, I realized that I wanted to gain further academic experience. It was important for me to be able to combine know-how with practice and expertise. This led me to my decision to apply for the university course in real estate economics and property management. Thanks to the KURIER scholarship, I have the opportunity to deepen my theoretical knowledge and expand my professional network, which is needed for an essential foundation in the real estate industry. I am looking forward to this new phase at TU Wien and at the same time to gaining professional experience.”

4 exciting semesters

Ms. Posavac can now look forward to four exciting semesters covering all important aspects of real estate. The course, which is celebrating its 35th anniversary this year, is designed to be part-time and, in addition to the wealth of experience of our renowned faculty, also offers important contacts that are particularly valuable for a career in the real estate industry. The small class sizes allow for optimal studyability and most of our graduates are usually able to complete the degree within the 4 regular semesters.

The Academy for Continuing Education (ACE) at TU Wien would like to thank the Kurier for many years of successful cooperation in the course of the Kurier scholarship and is pleased to welcome Ms. Laura Posavac to our course in the 4th district of Vienna at the TU Wien starting in October.
