Graduation ceremony for the MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation.

On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, students of the MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation celebrated their successful graduation.

This time, the graduation took place high above the rooftops of Vienna. The students of the 27th cohort came with their guests to the event location TUtheSky and admired the great view.

The ceremony began with the move in of the alumni and the guests of honor. The academic director Ao.Univ.Prof. Arch. Dipl.-Ing. Dr.techn. Bob Martens FRICS welcomed all guests and congratulated the graduates on this milestone.

Mag. Guido Zorn, partner of the law firm Bischof · Zorn + Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, opens an external URL in a new window – a part of Die Wirtschaftskanzlei, opens an external URL in a new window held the keynote speech. After a review of his study time and his professional development since then, he could again confirm the benefits of the MSc Real Estate Management & Valuation. The theoretical and practical knowledge and the network are lasting values.

As a graduate of this master program, it is a special concern of Mag. Zorn to award a master thesis with a legal topic together with his law firm Bischof · Zorn + Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, opens an external URL in a new window. The third BZP Award goes to Mrs. Andrea Pöchhacker with the master thesis "Das WGG & über den Einfluss gemeinnütziger Bauvereinigungen auf die Wiener Stadtentwicklung".
