Faculty Spotlight: Mag. Rosemarie Nowak, PhD

Interview with Rosemarie Nowak, PhD, research assistant in the Department of Knowledge and Communication Management at the Danube University Krems and lecturer in the General Management MBA

[Translate to English:] Rosemarie Nowak

In your opinion, what are the graduates' prospects on the (international) labour market?

In my opinion, the graduates receive excellent further training in order to succeed on the job market. Especially when students add business know-how to an existing technical and business know-how, they become highly competitive executives who are at the top of the wish list of companies in the "war for talents". If they are at home in these two worlds, they can create profitable connections where others fail due to a lack of expertise or insufficient acceptance by employees.
