The first course MSc Real Estate Investment & Valuation in 2023 has started successfully.

On March 9, 2023, the MSc Real Estate Investment & Valuation course started for the 30th time. The welcome reception was held in the TU main building, in the beautiful Boecklsaal.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Bob Martens, FRICS, officially welcomed the participants to the TU Wien Academy, opens in new window. Everyone was introduced to each other and the first bonds were already established.

On behalf of ImmoABS, the association of all real estate graduates from the Academy of Continuing Education, Dr. Mag. Birgit Trofer, MSc welcomes all students. She briefly introduced the association and its activities (lectures, excursions, etc.). Membership is free for students of the course. The association offers an impressive, friendly network right from the start. Since she herself has already completed the course, she gave the students a personal insight and wished them every success for the next two years.

At the end of the event, there was still some time to get to know each other.
