EIT Manufacturing, opens an external URL in a new window (CLC East) - connects leading manufacturing actors from industry, academia and research that are essential to industrial innovation. CLC East is one of the six Co-Location Centres of the EIT Manufacturing Knowledge and Innovation Community and serves seven countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

Didactics: 2-3 hour online impulse sequences with concrete work on talent and succession management in your own company, accompanied by real-time support, podcasts, peer group consulting, working-out-loud formats (HOT sessions), expert coaching, fuck-up-night sessions, sparring, chat rooms, etc.

Admission Requirements: first academic degree (Bachelor) or high school diploma with relevant work experience (at least 3 years)
