A big thanks to Wien Kanal for having us yesterday!
It was one of the highlights, if not the highlight, of the environmental engineering Masters course on sewer rehabilitation.
We had the incredible opportunity today to be in a sewer pipe, not in the smallest, but in the second smallest profile that is still accessible for people. This means that you cannot walk upright and the picture shows our relief to stand upright again

Experiencing this makes us humble and grateful for all the work sewer operators do to keep wastewater flowing.
A big thank you also to Silke C. and to the ÖGL - Österreichische Vereinigung für grabenlosen Leitungsbau team of lecturers to make this course happen.
