eset delivery problems

eset is currently unable to issue new license keys or extend old keys

We are currently experiencing problems ordering and renewing ESET licence keys. The manufacturer has been informed and we have been waiting for a solution since the beginning of the year. Until the issue is resolved

the purchase of ESET products for students is suspended
no new keys will be provided for employees. These will be provided as soon as they become available again.
license keys for employees cannot be extended. If your license key has already expired, please use a free version or a test key to bridge the time until the problem is resolved.

eset has not yet been able to achieve any improvement. We are still in contact with the manufacturer.

Update from 20.02.2025

The manufacturer has not responded for over a week, tests have shown that new orders are working again, but extensions are still not possible. We therefore ask you to inform us by ticket (including the booking number) if a key exchange is requested in urgent cases.
