DeepL for Windows often logs off automatically - solved

A bug in the current Windows app causes the app to frequently log out automatically.

The manufacturer confirms the current error that the Windows app automatically logs off several times a day. After that, the app has to be signed in again to use the registered Pro mode. The manufacturer's developers are working hard to find a solution to the problem. Until then, the manufacturer apologises for the inconvenience.

Solution:

The problem only occurred with the Windows application of version V25. Therefore, the manufacturer has switched back to the older version V24 under Windows. If your app does not offer this automatically, please uninstall the app and reinstall the latest version. You can check the version of the installed app under the menu item 'About the App'.

The app for MacOS is not affected and therefore remains at V25.
