This year's participants are once again diverse in terms of age, gender and professional background. However, they all share a passion for real estate and, as course director Prof. Dr. Bob Martens emphasized at the Welcome Reception, once you catch the real estate virus, you can't get rid of it; there is currently no vaccine in sight.
Within this year's spectrum of participants, there are several people with a legal, business or technical background, but communication sciences, political sciences and biotechnology are also represented. The friendly group includes students who have recently graduated and we can also count a hotel manager among the participants this year.
In terms of hobbies, there is also a wide range, from things that are practiced several times, such as traveling and hiking, to interests such as playing the piano and politics; but there are also exotic hobbies included, for example one participant devotes his free time to restoring slot machines and motor cycles.
You can still register for this year's course until the beginning of November and become part of this year's group; the next course will not start until fall 2025.
