Professional MBA Automotive Industry - welcomes the new students

Team Building Activity

The 9th Professional MBA Automotive Industry started on March 21, 2018 with 14 participants from 9 different countries for example, Austria, Bosnia Herzegovina, Brazil, Germany, India, Korea, Romania, Slovakia and Turkey.

At the Welcome Reception Prof. Bob Martens, Dean for Continuing Education, TU Wien welcomed participants, faculty members and guests. He mentioned in his welcome address the history of the program, good running cooperation with the partner, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava and the efforts of TU Wien offering top continuing education programs. Stefan Stanko, doc. Ing., PhD., Vice Rector for Education, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava spoke about the history, research activities at the university and praised the good cooperation with TU Wien.
 
The academic director of TU Wien Prof. Wilfried Sihn explained the highlights and specials of the program, like on site lecture at OEMs, excursions, business evenings with opinion leaders and others. He introduced each participant personally. The academic director of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava Prof. Jan Lesinsky welcomed also participants and speaks about the contents of the two years program.
 
As a special guest, Mr. DI Bernd Kögler, MBA, Pankl Engine Systems GmbH & Co KG Graduate of the 7th Program, spoke about her personal experience, networking and some advices how participants can finish the program successfully in two years.
 
The 9th Professional MBA Automotive Industry started with a Team Building activity in the “Wienerwald” region near Vienna.
 
The program team wishes all participants great success for the program.
