Wolfgang Feilmayr started his scientific career at the SRF 1978 as a university assistant. After his dissertation (1983) und his habilitation (1991) he retired in 2018. He is still working at the SRF as a staff member and lecturer.

His actual research focus are real estate appraisal and real estate economy using and developing models of hedonic prices.

Wolfgang Feilmayr is responsible for the editor of publications at the faculty of architecture and planning.
